And even if you are a skeptic, it'll be pretty hard for you to not believe in the power of love after hearing about this couple.

A photograph of an old husband and wife grasping each other's hands hours before the elderly woman's death has gone viral after it was posted by their granddaughter on Reddit.

The photo was accompanied by the description,

My grandma, 96, with my Grandpa, 100, hours before her death this weekend. 77 years of marriage.

The loving pair are curled up next to each other and covered in blankets, grasping each other's hands in the hospital bed.
