Newlyweds Had Their First Dance In Center Of The Highway And It Was Stunning

YouTube

NOTHING STANDS IN THE WAY OF TRUE LOVE... not even traffic.

Write that down. It'll come in handy one day when you're cold and alone.

Let these two love birds be your source of inspiration today, this week and evermore. A pair of newlyweds from Dayton, Ohio, were headed to their reception when traffic came to a standstill on Route 35.

That's enough to ruin any wedding, right?

No, you're wrong. So wrong.

Instead of turning into bride and groomzilla, the couple took their unbreakable love quite literally to the middle of the highway and shared their first dance.

Their song of choice? "When You Say Nothing At All" by Alison Krauss.

I challenge you to watch this from start to finish and not cry at the line, "The smile on your face lets me know that you need me."

The cute couple sway back and forth as car headlights shine on their love. (*barfs in mouth slightly*)

Fellow motorists get out of their vehicles and film the scene. One woman – who sounds like she's broadcasting the dance live from her phone – can be heard saying,

There's a bunch of people watching. Congratulations! This is my most liked live video yet.

The pair shout in delight. Then, a random stranger notices the bride's dress is coming undone at the back. So, she lends her a hand to retie it.

The traffic doesn't appear to move at all throughout the entire video, so we don't know if the couple ever made it to the wedding.

The magical moment was captured on camera by Levi Curby Media and posted on YouTube. The caption simply reads,

Dayton couple experiences an unexpected and magical first dance when a traffic jam threatens to keep them from their wedding reception.

LONG LIVE HIGHWAY LOVE.

I'm going to delete Bumble and set up camp on Route 35 to wait for my soulmate now.
