In 2017, it will have been 10 years since Soulja Boy debuted his immortal “Crank That” dance.

The past decade has seen the invention of many hip-hop dance moves, some of which immediately became viral sensations to be mimicked on dance floors across the globe.

This video from The New Yorker shows male and female dancers from Atlanta, the Bay Area, Los Angeles and New York performing dances that came on the scene between 2006 and 2016.

Moves like the "Stanky Legg" and "Chicken Noodle Soup" look just as cool as they did when they first arrived, though previous generations would probably say the same thing about their signature dances.

Don't you wish you had the energy of those UCLA dancers?
