Woman Perfectly Trolls Guy On Twitter For Mansplaining Her Own Tweet To Her

by Anna Menta

Heroes come in many forms.

Some of them, like writer Katie Cunnigham, are simply out there on Twitter doing the truly noble work of making condescending people look foolish.

If you're a woman, you've probably been there. Some guy will take it upon himself to over-explain a simple concept to you because your tiny, little woman-ly brain couldn't possibly know that already.

Before you cry, "Not all men," at me, I know, obviously, not all men do this. But as Katie proved, a significant number do.

Basically, what happened was Katie tweeted she enjoyed playing dumb when a man started doing this, just to see how far she could push it.

Lo and behold, some dude tried to explain to her what she was doing as a reply to that very tweet.

Katie is nothing if not true to her word.

The guy seemed more than happy to share his knowledge of vocabulary.

It was just too perfect.

Other men chimed in, fully ready to educate the dumber sex. This guy sure is helpful!

Take from the males, ladies. They truly know best.

The tweet since went viral, with over 4,000 likes and retweets. Many, including Greg himself, say he was just joking back at Katie, which is fair.

Still, Greg and Katie both illustrated a phenomenon women deal with all the time, and they did it in a very funny way.

So if it was a joke, props to Greg for helping a girl out to make her point because clearly a few genuine mansplainers joined the fray.

Either way, I'm going to be laughing about this all week.
