Adrian Peterson Is Positive He Will Win The MVP Award

Minnesota Vikings all-pro running back Adrian Peterson has no doubt in his mind who will be walking away with the MVP award this season.

Set to be announced on the eve of the Super Bowl, AP surely does have a case for being the most outstanding player in the entire NFL.

What he accomplished this season is truly remarkable, coming nine yards short of the all-time rushing record, just a year removed from tearing his ACL. His strength and perseverance through what most players are never able to recover from is truly inspiring.

When recently asked about his thoughts on who he believed deserved to win the prestigious MVP award, he bluntly stated,

“I’m going to win it. I will get it”

AP has supreme confidence in his game and he has every right to it. The biggest competition he faces for the award is Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning.

Peterson rushed for 2,097 yards in the 2012-2013 season while Manning threw for 4,659 yards and 37 touchdowns.
