It was a real shoot out in the desert on Sunday when the Houston Texans came into town to face off against the surging Arizona Cardinals.
Despite a two touchdown performance by Andre Johnson, it was the Cardinals defense who propelled their team to victory, improving to an impressive 5-4 record. That defense is no joke.
Case Keenum did an admirable job for the Texans, though, taking over for the terrible Matt Schaub, but it was the speed and pressure up front that made the difference in the game.
He threw an awesome TD pass in the fourth quarter to put Houston within three as Andre made an awesome play for the ball right over the All-Pro Patrick Peterson.
I don’t think anyone’s arguing that he’s the second best receiver in the league — after Calvin Johnson — after plays like this.
