Cam Newton Is The Biggest Asshole In The NFL

Well this season Cam Newton won’t be playing in the playoffs and also won’t be making another trip to the Pro Bowl this year either and its probably for the best. Last year Newton seemed to really leave a bad impression on the other Pro Bowlers.

Listen to the things players said of Cam’s behavior in Hawaii last Feburary:

“He was a total asshole,” one AFC player said, “Who did he think he was? He acted like the big shit. Here he was at his first game and he acted like he was the star. Guys didn’t like that.”

Another player got upset after Newton turned down an autograph request for his kid by saying “now’s not the time.”

“Who the hell did he think they were?” the player said, referring to the families that were gathered at a Pro Bowl event. “The only people around are families. He knew that. Yet, he big-timed the guy by saying, ‘Now’s not the time.”

Looks like Cam let the whole Pro Bowl thing go to his head and it looks like this season everyone decided to show him how much they didn’t appreciate his behavior. Lesson learned, tough season Cam. Good luck next year. Be a litte bit more humble.
