We’re getting closer to the NBA trade deadline on the 21st so it is only natural that some outrageous reports involving superstar players begin to surface.

One of these reports comes from none other than ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith.

On his radio show, Smith said that during the Lakers game in Toronto Dwight Howard told Rudy Gay “he should’ve waited to get traded [to the Raptors] because he could’ve joined him in Brooklyn next season”.

Take this with a grain of salt as this is just another rumor and we don’t know exactly how true these comments are. But Stephen A. insists that this came from a trusted source and that Dwight is hell bent on being in Brooklyn next season.

As more reports surface that Dwight is unhappy in Los Angeles and playing alongside Kobe Bryant, you have to begin to believe that the Lakers origination will look to do something.

This super-team is not working an patience is running out in LA. Only time will tell where the NBA’s now most-hated player will be next season.

Slow Down, America: Johnny Football Isn’t Ready For Primetime Yet

About a month ago, I speculated about why the media is so obsessed with Johnny Manziel, the Heisman-winning quarterback who became a first-round draft pick and de facto savior of the Cleveland Browns. He’s brash and enjoying his fame like any other 21-year-old would. Two weeks into the preseason, however, it appears Johnny Football already […]

TBT: 50 Years Ago Today, Bob Dylan Met The Beatles And Introduced Them To Weed

Thank you, Bob Dylan, for another amazing contribution to society. Today is the 50th anniversary of the day that changed music history. No, it wasn’t the meeting of John Lennon and Paul McCartney, or the day Lennon met Yoko. More important than those days was the day Bob Dylan met the Beatles and introduced them […]

Sorry, But You Should Be Sorry: 13 Female Behaviors That Will Never Be Justified

Ladies, normally we are incredible human beings, capable of amazing feats, like publishing books and discovering cures and maintaining the preposterous illusion that we don’t sh*t. We’re pretty great at what we do. We’re constantly told that we’re cute and sweet, but perhaps we’ve taken this a little too far. Twirling our hair on a […]

This Mom Is Way Cooler About Weed Than Yours Will Ever Be (Photo)

There’s certainly some more work to be done, but we’ve come a long way over the past few years when it comes to marijuana. Almost half of the states in the country have some sort of medical program in place, there are retail stores in Colorado and Washington, and The New York Times has come […]
