Miami Heat Visit White House, LeBron Calls Obama ‘Coach’

The Miami Heat finally made their annual NBA Champions trip to the White House today to be recognized by President Obama and his staff.

There was the standard cordial speeches but the best part was when LeBron James candidly spoke out and called Obama “coach.”

The president also thanked the Heat for visiting wounded soldiers at Walter Reed Hospital, then went on to thank LeBron, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh for their very public roles as fathers and the example that sets.
