Michael Jordan’s Son Gets Arrested

Marcus Jordan, the son of former NBA star Michael Jordan, was arrested in Omaha on Sunday after police were notified of a disturbance outside of a downtown hotel.

Police responded to a call from the Embassy Suites.

The Central Florida basketball player was found having an argument with two women in the hotel driveway at 2:11 am when police arrived.

The release said Jordan was “very animated, intoxicated and uncooperative,” and it took multiple officers to control and handcuff him.

Jordan was booked at the Douglas County Department of Corrections for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstructing. He was released by Sunday night.

Guantanamo Bay: Is The U.S. A Proponent Of Torture?

Many human rights activists have spent years campaigning to have the infamous military detention facility at Guantanamo Bay closed down forever.
