Olympian Breaks Arm While Lifting 429 Pounds And The Video Is Horrifying

REUTERS

You're about to watch the most shocking accident of the Olympics so far.

It's even worse than gymnast Samir Ait Said's leg break.

Armenian weightlifter Andranik Karapetyan was pushing himself to the limit by trying to execute a 429-pound clean and jerk.

He was on his second attempt when his arm snapped.

Andranik lets out a blood-curdling scream and officials struggle to look on -- one even shields his eyes.

We've warned you once, but we'll warn you again: graphic content.

Samir is doing fine, by the way. He posted a motivational video on Facebook after the leg break.
