The Most Death-Defying Moments In X Games History
Sports

It’s summertime and while it’s great to finally kick back and relax, there’s something different, you can feel it in the air. Sure, you can head to the beach and admire surfer chicks all day, but what happens when you go home and try to unwind? You turn on the TV and what’s this? There’s no NFL Football or NBA Basketball anywhere to be found. Devastating.

What are we supposed to do? Watch baseball? I’d rather watch paint dry. However, luckily for us, there are action sports! And thanks to ESPN, who’ve been ramping up the coverage in recent years, we’re blessed with the almighty X Games. Nice.

While many of us may not even have a clue as to what’s going on, who doesn’t enjoy watching the skateboard street sessions or the epic big ramp air jump? If you say you don’t, that’s just about the most unpatriotic thing you can say this July.

Over the years, we have seen some truly memorable tricks performed by these dare devils. But then there are the truly death-defying stunts that can either kill you or pay big. Take a walk down the X Games Hall of Fame with us and remember these truly epic moments:

The Wall Street Journal Insinuates Mets Fans Can Get Lucky At Games

Mets fans will be visiting Citi Field this season, not to watch the team win some games (that’s impossible), but to potentially get lucky! I don’t know if Jared Diamond is responsible for his own titles, or who is editor is, but someone at the Wall Street Journal might be packing up his or her […]

A Country In 2014 Is Trying To Make It Legal To Marry A 9-Year-Old Girl

As the epidemic of child marriages continues to grow, Iraq is one country promoting some of the worst, anti-women laws out there. Back in March, Iraqi legislators introduced the Jaafari Personal Status Law, which would legalize the marriage of girls as young as 9 years old, and institute a number of other stipulations that would […]
