Earlier today, sprinter Usain Bolt defeated Justin Gatlin and the rest of the field with ease as he coasted to a gold medal in the men's 200-meter event at the World Championships.

Bolt finished the race in 19.55 seconds, which is the fastest recorded time in the world this year.

But while Bolt had no trouble with Gatlin or any others during the race, he did face a serious threat from an ambitious cameraman.

During the Jamaican's victory lap, a cameraman riding a two-wheeled, Segway-like contraption lost control and rammed into Bolt, knocking him right off his feet.

Ouch.

Here's another angle of the wipeout, which, thankfully, shows Bolt getting up and appearing to be OK.

You know you're the best when they can only touch you during your victory lap.
