Washington DC Was In A Frenzy After Beating Miami And Getting Free Chick-Fil-A

Last night turned out to be epic for the Washington Wizards as they beat the defending champion Miami Heat 105-101. Though it seemed like that wasn’t the biggest part of the night.

With 2:30 left reigning MVP LeBron James stepped to the free throw line and missed to free throws.

Wizards fans started to celebrate what looked to be their second win, but most of all they started to celebrate the fact that everyone in the building had just won a free sandwich from Chick-Fil-A.

As part of a special “Fowl Shot” promotion, Chick-Fil-A gives away free food anytime a player misses two consecutive free throws during a Wizards game. Not sure if that was LeBron’s intentions, but no reason to be mad about it.

After the game a DC area newscaster really laid it into LeBron and Miami saying, “I hate LeBron, and I’m pretty sure you do to.” The sportscaster continuously took shots at LeBron and the Heat during different segments that weren’t even basketball related. Well you know what they say, “Haters Gonna Hate.”
