LeBron James may not have been himself during game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals in Indiana, but he still left us with one play worth talking about.
Towards the end of the third quarter, Pacers guard George Hill thought he was clear for the easy bucket after a broken play on the fast break. That’s when LeBron pulled a LeBron.
It makes absoultely no sense how a human got up that high to deliver such an emphatic block. This right here is why LeBron is the best basketball player in the world and makes $53 million a year. You can’t get a move like this from anyone else in the world.
And now the NBA has blessed us with a second look at this beastly block by providing it in super slow, phantom mode. You can really see what kind of an impact he really made on this play and the kind of athletic ability it took to pull this off. They don’t call him the King for nothing. This is his court!
While he was unable to pull out the win in the end, look for LeBron to return to Miami with more motivation than ever. This series is starting to get real chippy and no one wants to go against a pissed James. That’s just not good for your health.
