Here's How You Can Get A Flat Stomach In Just Four Weeks

You know what they say: Summer bodies are made in the winter.

And if you used the “it's too damn cold outside” excuse to lounge around in your onesie with a tub of ice cream while watching “Sex and the City” reruns (just me?) for the first month of 2016, that's totally OK.

But there's no time like the present to get off your ass and start doing a little something to make sure your body looks bomb come bikini season, which, believe it or not, is closer than you think.

We got in touch with Karen Nuccio, a New York City-based fitness instructor with awesome abs who seriously knows how to give your stomach muscles a run for their money.

The best part? All you have to do is roll from the couch to the floor to do these moves.

Here's the plan:

Instead of changing up your routine daily, Nuccio asks you to do the same exercises every day in order to really master them. Just hold them for a little longer as the weeks pass, and you'll be good to go.
