Well, the answer is actually quite simple. Kate keeps her waistline in check by sticking to a balanced diet — an 80/20 balance to be exact.
That's right. It turns out Bosworth relies on an 80/20 diet to maintain her bangin' bod that restricts wheat, sugar and dairy products (with the exception of ketchup, milk and goat cheese) 80 percent of the time.
So most of the time, Bosworth eats lots of fruits, veggies and lean meats along with some healthy fats and grains.
The other 20 percent of the time, Bosworth told Self she likes to satisfy her cravings with whiskey, burgers and a variety of sweets, which usually end up on her eye-catching Instagram account.
