Lifestyle — Why Sleeping Naked Is Good For Your Health
by Isabella Roman

Sleeping naked… in the buff… in your birthday suit… in the raw… whatever you like to call it. We all know it's awesome.

It gives you a feeling of satisfaction like nothing else. Especially now in the summer season, nothing feels as good as crawling into your soft sheets with your bare ass. Honestly, if you haven't tried it before, I feel sorry for you.

Granted, some people might find it odd. Don't get me wrong, I love a nice pair of soft pajamas, but I'm telling you -- nothing feels as good as sleeping in the nude. I, too, was once a non-nudey sleeper. I felt it was strange to get into bed naked; it felt like something was missing.

Then, I read this article that says sleeping naked is scientifically really good for you and I decided to give it a try. Why not? If science says it, it has to be true, right? RIGHT?

I went home that night and took off all my clothes and went straight to bed. I fell asleep within five minutes, which is super rare for me. Usually, it takes me about an hour of tossing and turning before I fall asleep. At first, I was skeptical that this sound sleep was due to lack of clothes.

I thought maybe it was because I had a long day of work or I didn't get enough sleep the night before. So, again, the next night I went to bed completely naked. And again, I don't even remember falling asleep because it happened so fast. I still had some skeptical feelings so I slept naked for the rest of the week, and I'll never look back.

Besides having a better night's sleep, there are so many more benefits to sleeping naked. Just to name a few, sleeping naked leads you to eat better, which in turn helps you lose weight. Also, better skin! How amazing is that?
