The Perfect Playlist For When You Really Just Want To Go For A Walk

So, you've probably heard bikini season is right around the corner.

Your friends are going to barre classes, signing up for 10Ks, going to yoga every single morning and even attempting CrossFit.

As for you, well, you really just want to take a walk. And I don't blame you! Walking is a great way to reduce stress, spend time outside and burn calories.

Because some of us have quite a fondness for walking, there's an entire day dedicated to it: National Walking Day. And it happens to be today.

If you're burning out on “Work” (I'm talking about the song, not the thing you do from 9 to 5) and need some new tunes to accompany you on your afternoon stroll, you're in luck.

I got in touch with fitness instructor Jason Tran, who has a playlist for basically everything fitness-related, including walking.

From Beyoncé and Nicki Minaj to Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera, this playlist is where it's at.

In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if you take a few more laps around the block just to listen to it again.
