Sure, it's not quite bikini season yet, but tank top season is right around the corner, and you know you'll be showing off your biceps all day every day in no time.
What's that? You don't have biceps? Not to worry! I have a super simple 31-day challenge to present you.
The only equipment you need is a couch to do tricep dips on, and other than that, the entire challenge is equipment-free.
