Every single one of us suffers from some sort of stress. The level of stress of course varies from female to female under varying circumstances, but we've all been there. As if being stressed out wasn't stressful enough, the way that your body reacts to stress physically, mentally, and emotionally can be detrimental.
One way to ease the pressure of stress on your body and mind is to take care of your self. Stress will occur whether you like it or not, and of course, the most ideal option is to change the way that you handle it. Another way to handle stress is to detoxify your body and mind with a simple at-home remedy.
Simply run a steaming hot bath and add one handful of Epsom salt, 10 drops of lavender essential oil (or whatever oil you prefer) and a half-cup of baking soda. Soak in this bath for 20 minutes a week, and allow your mind to wander elsewhere.
I promise, this is the best medicine you can give your self.
