This mask is super simple (only requiring cold, plain Greek yogurt and one probiotic capsule) and still manages to do so much. The Greek yogurt contains lactose enzymes, which dissolve dirt and nourish your skin (working as a cleanser) and the probiotic capsule helps to invigorate your skin.
This mask is great for helping to reduce redness and calm breakouts, and to think it’ll only take a few minutes of your time. Apply the mixture to your face with a cotton ball and let it set for 10 minutes.
Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat your face dry with a towel to complete this home remedy.
