Facial steams are an easy way to clean out your pores and replace dead skin cells. Normally, I would recommend sitting in the sauna for a period of time everyday, but since some of us are unable to do that, an at home steam facial will just have to do.

Not like it’s a huge burden or anything anyway, who doesn’t love a good at home beauty treatment? Maybe it’s just me, but for as long as I could remember, a good at home beauty treatment has always been my go-to Sunday Funday activity of choice.

Today I’m going to share a new at-home facial steam I’ve recently stumbled upon, and I can’t get enough of it. For this treatment you’ll need:

-40g fresh or 15g dried Chamomile flowers

-40g fresh Lemongrass, finely chopped

-1 pot boiling water

-1 large bowl

Infuse the herbs in the oiling water and let stand for 30 minutes. Strain the mixture and reheat the herb infusion before you pour it into the large bowl. Drape a towel over your head (make sure your hair is pulled back from your face) and inhale the steam for 30 seconds, or until you can’t stand the heat anymore.

Repeat this process 2-3 times for maximum results. I guarantee you’ll feel refreshed and relaxed!
