Women Support Friend With Cancer By Shaving Their Heads, Her Reaction Is Priceless. (Video)

It's kind of the unimaginable. One of your best friends gets diagnosed with life-threatening breast cancer. What do you do?

This amazing group of women was understandably devastated when Gerdi McKenna learned she had breast cancer, but they decided on a real act of solidarity and support to show their friend that they cared about her, and that she wasn't alone in her fight.

"She is one amazing person... that is the least I can do. If I can do just a little bit for her to feel better, I will do it with love."

A photo-shoot with friends and family, young and old, evolved into 10 women getting their heads shaved to match Gerdi.

Her reaction to her newly-hairless peers is priceless, and her friends say that they themselves learned an important lesson from the experience.

"I learned one thing this morning, and that is that hair is but a small part of you, and your biggest gift is that you are healthy."
