Wear some lipstick. Really though. When you put your hair up in a bun, whether it be of the messy, polished or sock variety, you’re completely pulling your hair away from your face, which leaves something to be desired.
Your face will look more naked than usual unless you add a little accentuation. Yes, you can throw on a pair of beautiful chandelier earrings or oversized studs but I prefer lipstick. Find a shade that you absolutely cannot live without and wear it as often as possible. Make it your signature. Dress that face up.
