People Magazine’s Annual Best Dressed List

Each year People Magazine debuts their Top Ten Best Dressed of the year article. Celebrities and those close to them nominate the winners to the magazine. This year’s list was released earlier today, and it’s more than surprising.

Topping the list was Gwyneth Paltrow, nominated by the People editors. Don’t get me wrong, Gwyneth has remarkable red carpet style, but I have yet to see any street style photos of her that would bring me to believe that she did in fact deserve the number one spot.
