If every shoe has a story, every stride has a sentiment, and Ryan Haber’s presentation was all about allowing each individual shoe the space to emote.

In the Meatpacking District’s own RYU restaurant, Ryan debuted his S/S 2013 collection of woman’s shoes. This fresh collection gives women a myriad of choices to weave their own stories, whether it involve traversing the city, strolling in the park, or striding across the dance floor.

Each table in the venue showcased 4 or 5 decadent heels strewn demurely across a dimly lit surface. The display drew an array of admirers who arrived promptly for their chance to lay their eyes upon Haber’s collection of bold and sleek designs.

Floral wedges and glass heels immediately reminded us Spring would soon be in the air again. The collection’s most showstopping stilettoes mingled with elite liquors well above the crowd. At first they were hard to see but once zeroed in upon, looking away was not an option.

The designer himself stood welcoming and informative. He was eager to speak of collection, explaining that indeed, the shoe holds many secrets. Any lady would be lucky to bond with a classy specimen from this intricate collection of stunning heels.
