How To Not Get Raped According To Actual College Websites (Video)

Am I allowed to laugh at this video?

It’s an undoubtedly brilliant satire of actual pieces of advice on how to avoid being raped according to a variety of fairly well-renowned institutions and publications.

Despite listing off dozens of strategies, the message you receive by the end of the video is that there’s no real way to avoid sexual assault.

The sheer absurdity and, at times, contradictory nature of the various bits of knowledge is laughable, if not depressing.

However, I was under the impression that jokes involving rape are never funny.

While this is obviously a criticism of the shortsightedness of rape prevention, there’s a chance that it’s still off limits and I don’t want to get in trouble for saying I enjoyed it.

Hopefully someone can enlighten me.
