My mother loves anything having to do with a good dinner set. The woman loves putting on dinner parties, and her Lenox Christmas Plates collection makes her world go round. Get your mom a colorful tea set.

Just kidding, but she does love them a lot (Hi, Mom). Which got me thinking, I’m sure other mothers out there would love cute and decorative dinnerware as well. The opitons are endless when it comes to choosing a good dinnerware set, so I specified and decided to focus on tea sets.

Who doesn’t love a good tea set? As a devout Alice in Wonderland fan, I’ve always had a thing for decorative mugs and cups, (ask my mother how many Tinkerbell or designed mugs I’ve owned in my lifetime, she’ll tell you) and I think that giving a colorful tea set as a gift is a wonderful idea.

Badass English Bulldog On A Motorcycle Waves ‘Hi’ To Another Biker (Video)

Meet your new weekend spirit animal, Sweets, the English Bulldog. It sounds like […]

Children Have ‘Fight Club’-Style Brawl While Parents Laugh And Cheer (Video)

Footage has surfaced of two young boys fighting on a residential sidewalk while a large group of adults laugh and cheer them on. The kids’ lack of shirts is reminiscent of the brawls in the film “Fight Club,” suggesting this fight could have also been organized by its spectators. The two viciously choke and punch […]

Why Suspending Todd Gurley Is Ignoring The Bigger Problem With The NCAA

Saturday means college football. More specifically, beer, yelling and tailgating, but most importantly, college football. I hear all the time, over and over again, how college football trumps its counterpart, the NFL, due to the passion, intensity and the unpredictability each game provides. Last week, however, another part of the game — maybe the only […]

An Ode To The Awkward Girl Who Shys From Embracing Her Uniqueness

I should preface this with the fact that I spilled wine on my sheets as I casually tried to write in bed. Clearly, I’m qualified to write on this subject. We girls — the awkward ones, the not-so-perfect ones, the I-trip-barefoot ones — must band together. After all, there is so much more to gain from […]

The time has come for you to finally admit that you’re too old to live on your parents’ couch. You’ve outgrown coming home to see homemade comfort foods at the table every night. That phone bill? Yeah, no longer financed by Mom and Dad. It’s time. You’re ready to move out. You’re probably not ready to […]

The 32 Times You Wish Your Sister Were Next To You, Like Right Now

Toni Morrison captured it perfectly when she said, A sister can be seen as someone who is both ourselves and very much not ourselves — a special kind of double. Your sister is your best friend, counterpart and complement, all in one person. By the very virtue of spending an exorbitant amount of time together, […]
