Holiday How To’s: Wrapping Gifts

Holiday How To’s: Wrapping Gifts
Women

So I’ve recently discovered that I have in fact moved on from the world of in person shopping and prefer online shopping much more. As a result of this revelation, I went a little holiday shopping crazy this Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

I literally completed all of my holiday shopping prior to December. Some would say this was a smart idea and that I would, in turn, get a lot of stress out of the way. I disagree; I now had piles of packages staring at me in my bedroom, with nowhere to put them. I couldn’t allow anyone who will be receiving said gifts see these packages, so my only option was to wrap them.

Yes, I already have all of my Christmas gifts purchased and wrapped, waiting in my bedroom for December 25th.  That’s fine, I guess. It gave me an excuse to peruse Pinterest for new and exciting gift-wrapping ideas, since I had so much time and all.

I stumbled upon a few new ways to wrap and decorate gifts for whichever holiday you and your family celebrate. These gift-wrapping ideas would also be appropriate for birthday gifts and so on.

Here are a few of my favorite holiday wrapping ideas:

What do you think of these gift-wrapping ideas?

The 15 Codes Only You And Your Office BFF Will Understand

With the overwhelming amount of time we spend in the office, it’s important to have a partner-in-crime who has your back against faulty Keurigs and overachieving colleagues. Why You Should Never Judge A Woman Only By Her Appearance

As time progresses, generations seem to only become more superficial. Every other week we hear about some new fad diet, juice cleanse or skincare treatment. It’s completely acceptable for people to want to take care of themselves, as your outward appearance is a reflection of your own self-image. However, if you start getting carried away […]

The 23 Most Pathetic Moments That Sum Up The Knicks’ Awful Season

What more can be said about the Knicks’ awful season? They came, they got their money and, in the end, were tossed out of the playoffs by the Hawks. The lack of heart that the fans were subject to all season must have killed at least a couple of people in the Tri-state area, and […]

Then And Now: How 2014′s Kentucky Wildcats Are Topping Michigan’s Fab Five Of 1992

Even if there’s good reason to do so, it feels borderline sacrilegious to compare John Calipari’s Kentucky Wildcats to the Fab Five freshmen of Michigan University’s 1991-92 men’s basketball team. After all, the phenomenal group of first-year students that descended upon Michigan’s Ann Arbor campus in the Fall of ’91 was the first of its […]
