Can Dolce & Gabbana Be Headed For Jail?

The name of the brand is synonymous with style, but it seems as if now the names of designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana are synonymous with alleged tax evasion.

According to Forbes, the designers could face up to five years in jail, along with receiving a fine of a considerable amount, for failing to declare over 840 million Euros ($1.1 billion) in sales to the Italian government.

This failure of declaration originally occurred back in 2010, but with multiple court cases, the charges have been dropped and reopened several times.
