It’s a known fact that your everyday choices are in a way, inspired, by your childhood upbringing. Parents are the most influential people in any person’s life, which is why this new study doesn’t come as a shock at all.

A recent study has just concluded that your father’s role in your household can influence your work ethic. The study consisted of researchers questioning women to find out which parent has what role in their homes growing up.

Those women who had fathers who did less traditional male chores (cooking cleaning, etc) were more likely to aspire to work outside the home. Essentially, those fathers who treated their wives as equals inspire you to believe that you can work outside of the home, just as men do.

What do you think of this new study?
