Which State Has An All Female Delegation?

Yesterday, the very first all-female Congressional delegation went into power in the great state of New Hampshire. This major milestone in women’s history is a huge stride in equality.

New Hampshire is full of female firsts in the world of government. Governor Maggie Hassan is the sole female democrat currently running a state, and she’s also the first to have women, and only women, representing the state alongside herself.

New Hampshire’s delegation also consists of senator Jeanna Shaheen (former governor), senator Kelly Ayotte and representatives Carol Shea-Porter and Anne McLane-Kuster.
