Adele finally got to say “Hello” to Las Vegas. Her highly anticipated Weekends With Adele residency was meant to kick off at the start of 2022, but was delayed due to COVID complications. But ten months later, the show finally opened on Nov. 18.

Over 4,000 fans packed into Caesar’s Palace for Adele’s big return to the stage on Friday, Nov. 18.

The Weekends With Adele show was certainly worth the wait. Throughout the night, Adele belted out 20 songs ranging from throwback hits to new tunes from her 2021 album 30.

Naturally, the queen of ballads needed some accompaniment. She performed some of her most emotional songs sitting in front of a white grand piano.

And that grand piano was also hiding a show-stopping secret, as flames erupted from it later in the show.

The singer truly delivered a spectacle worthy of Vegas, filling the stage with a band, backup singers, and a megawatt light show.

To truly take the concert to the next level, confetti rained on Adele as the delivered her epic performance.

True Adele fans know music is only half of what makes her concerts great. In between songs, the singer also told jokes and personal stories to the audience.

She even busted out a T-shirt gun to shoot some merch out to her fans.

But the best moment of the night came when Adele did some Megan Thee Stallion choreo while singing “Water Under the Bridge.” It was a nod to a viral mashup meme of the two superstars.

And that was only night one of Weekends With Adele. The Las Vegas show will run until March 25, 2023, so hurry to Caesar’s Palace before then.
