Justin Bieber Has Second Meltdown In 24 Hours During Performance (Video)

Justin Bieber seems to be feeling a little emotional lately.

In his second meltdown in 24 hours, the Biebs stormed off stage during a performance in Oslo, Norway.

The video below shows the events unfolding when a fan spills something on stage and Bieber walks over to clean it up.

Excited fans in the front row are reaching out to touch the singer's hand, but get in the way of his cleaning.

Bieber says,

Are you listening? I'm trying to wipe the floor. Give me a second.

When the fans don't retreat, Justin gets sensitive and says,

Guys, I'm done. I'm not doing the show.

According to TMZ, Bieber released a statement apologizing for his actions saying,

I don't always handle things the right way but I'm human and I'm working on getting beer [sic] at responding not reacting.

Maybe he's stressed pending the release of his new album, Purpose. Or, maybe his volatile relationship with Selena Gomez continues to wrack his pop star brain. We'll never know.

But, then again, "Never Say Never."
