I mean, same.

All throughout the season, Brandon Jones wasn’t afraid to make his feelings for Michelle widely known, and after Michelle Young sent him home, fans took to Twitter to do the same by tweeting their many feelings about Brandon’s Bachelorette exit.

As soon as audiences saw Brandon was the first one to head to the final rose ceremony, they knew it wasn’t a good sign for his future with Michelle.

Brandon told Michelle he’d be “the luckiest man” to walk the Earth with her, but unfortunately she didn’t feel the same way about him.

Michelle said her “heart has gone in another direction,” but that Brandon will always have a piece of her heart.

Fans were so upset to see Brandon so upset.

Brandon had a strong reaction to his breakup, and so did Bachelor Nation.

Brandon always told Michelle how much he cared about her, even during the Dec. 14 rose ceremony when he said he’d be there for her no matter what. Seeing him get rejected so soon after that was painful for many fans.

Even during their breakup, Brandon put Michelle’s feelings first. Pardeep Singh, who was a contestant on the season, pointed out how admirable that was.

Michelle said earlier that Brandon felt like her best friend, and he really acted like one when he comforted her during their breakup.

Of course, Brandon’s heart wasn’t the only casualty of the breakup. Bachelor Nation was also worried about the ring he picked out and subsequently threw into the sand after the breakup.

In the end, Bachelor Nation was united in their sadness over Michelle and Brandon’s split.

At least there’s comfort in the fact that during the “After the Final Rose” special, Brandon seemed truly happy for Michelle and wished her all the best.
