Is there anything in this world that is better than a baby Drake who just wants to hug some ladies?

The only correct answer to that is no, no there is not.

Which is why this video of Drake at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards is low-key the cutest thing ever.

Now I'm not trying to say Drake won't be cute at the 2016 VMAs, because you know he's going to be adorably doting on his girl Rihanna the whole time.

But 2016 Drake is also all mature and confident with a real beard, which is way less fun than the excited child with five o'clock shadow in this video.

In this VMA promo shoot from 2010, Drake doesn't care about Meek Mill or hotlines blinging — he's just happy to finally be at a party in LA.

Also, he really wants to "hug" some ladies.

Drake says,

I'd love to hug Angelina Jolie... She deserves a big hug. I wanna hug Alicia, I'm happy for Alicia Keys... Ciara, she deserves like a long embrace. Keri Hilson, she deserves a long embrace.

Oh, Drake. You may have grown a beard and sold some records, but at your core you'll always be the same old Drake.
