An Absurd Amount Of People Watch Kim Kardashian's Snapchats Every Day

There's practically only one person in the world who can tell us how many people watch Kim Kardashian's Snapchat Stories: Kim Kardashian.

That's the unique thing about that particular social network: Unlike Twitter and Facebook, only the user knows how many people he or she actually engages with.

Today, though, Kim K lifted the veil on the magic number when a follower asked her on Twitter.

Kim responded to the follower with a number that's actually absurd.

A little perspective would help to appreciate just how impressive of an answer eight to nine million views is.

The 2016 premiere of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" drew 3.2 million viewers. That means Kim's Snapchats draw more viewers than the actual reality show she gets paid to star in.

Heck, on a good day, Kim K's snaps can attract even triple the amount of people who watch "KUWTK."

The numbers speak to two things: how popular Kim Kardashian is and how popular Snapchat is.

It's also a reminder that Kim's Snapchat Stories are sort of their own reality show in a way.

After all, few TV episodes have been as entertaining as Kim K's spree videos revealing phone calls between Kanye West and Taylor Swift.

On second thought, maybe that number isn't so crazy.
