Blac Chyna Returns Wedding Ring To Rob Kardashian: "I’m Not Gonna Let This Man Buy Me"
Blac Chyna has returned all of the jewelry and cars Rob Kardashian previously gave her in the aftermath of Kardashian posting revenge porn of her of Instagram, including her wedding ring.
Chyna was also granted a temporary restraining order against Rob yesterday that requires him to stay at least 100 feet away from her at all times.
Elite Daily reached out to Chyna and Kardashian's teams for comment, but did not hear back in time of publication.
In an interview with Good Morning America which aired on July 10 before her court appearance, Chyna said,
Once he posted all these things on the internet, I had my two assistants drive the Ferrari and the Lamborghini, and took all the jewelry back to his house. Actually, to his mother's [Kris Jenner] house, and had it dropped off. And I also gave him back his wedding ring. Because I'm not gonna let this man buy me — or make it seem like he could just buy me and give me gifts and treat me any way, and talk to me nasty.
She also said she and Rob have been broken up since December 2016. This shuts down Kardashians claims that she was cheating on him earlier this year.
She said,
OK, so Robert has only been to my house two times. One to see where his daughter will be laying her head at, out of respect, number one. Number two, the second time that Robert has ever been to my house was on Father's Day. Yes, we are broken up. And guess what? I'm a very nice person. And I wanted him, Dream and I to spend Father's Day together. Because at the end of the day, he is a good father. I'm not gonna take that away from him.
In the same interview, Good Morning America's Karen Civil asked Chyna why she sent the video of her with another man to Kardashian.
Chyna responded,
You know, I've been broken up with Rob since December. And it's like, if somebody keeps poking at you, and poking at you, and keep poking at you, you're going to pop. And so I was just like, maybe if I send this video to him, then he'll just leave me alone.
tWhen asked if there was any possible way Kardashian could have believed they were still together at any time following December 2016, Chyna said, "No, not at all."
The restraining order against Kardashian also bans him from posting anything about Chyna online.
In a press conference following the court appearance, Chyna's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, said,
We had a complete and total victory. The judge gave us everything we asked for, which was a set of very strong and enforceable restraining orders against Rob Kardashian, restraining him from coming near her and restraining him from cyber bullying, restraining him from posting anything about her online of a personal nature, including photos and videos. As we have said all along, revenge porn is a form of domestic abuse, it is also a crime in California and 38 other states, and it's a civil wrong.
Rob wasn't present at the hearing, but instead was represented by his lawyer, Robert Shapiro (yup, the same guy who worked with his father, Robert Kardashian Sr., on the infamous OJ Simpson trial).
Shapiro said Kardashian posting the explicit photos of Chyna without her consent was "a spontaneous reaction that he regrets."
Too little, too late, dude.
