Chrissy Teigen Quits Photoshop, Says We Forgot What Normal Looks Like

Don't expect to see a 'shopped selfie on Chrissy Teigen's Instagram anytime soon: The model recently declared she's never Photoshopping again.

This awesome announcement comes on the heels of Teigen's viral Instagram photo of her crossed legs, dotted with bruises and stretch marks (or, as she refers to them, “stretchies”).

Earlier today, Teigen appeared on "The Meredeth Viera Show" and was asked about the famous photo, which inspired countless others.

Teigen replied,

I was actually just taking a picture of the bruises and then I saw the stretch marks in there. I have those apps, the Facetune and Photoshopping ones, and I just didn't feel like doing it anymore...

The 29-year-old continued, declaring,

...I'm never doing it again, because I think we forgot what normal people look like now.

Unfortunately, most of her fellow celebs do Photoshop their Insta photos, she says -- and not just small edits.

She added,

It's gotten to the point where they're not smoothing their skin anymore, they are actually changing the shape of their body and [everything] else. I've seen these women in person [and] they are not like that.

We're all about Teigen's new mission, and we think other celebs should follow suit (especially some of the less-adept Photoshop offenders).

Perfection is boring, anyway -- it's those little flaws (like stretchies!) that make people beautiful and unique.
