This Group Text With Emma Stone, J Law, Amy Schumer And Brie Larson Is BFF Goals
My friends are pretty cool, but not like Emma Stone-Jennifer Lawrence-Amy Schumer-Lena Dunham-and-Brie Larson cool.
Know what I mean?
Brie Larson recently spoke with Teen Vogue, confirming all of our fangirl dreams are real by revealing that she and the previously listed starlets all share a group text thread.
I meannnn...just the idea of these amazing women giggling, gossiping and growing together via emojis and "lols" is almost too good to be true.
Brie said it all began during her promotion for the Oscar award-winning movie "Room." She explained the constant pressure to talk about herself to the press and promote her work was overwhelming and it made her feel bad.
Fortunately, a few awesome ladies could relate.
Apparently, just when Brie felt like she needed it, Emma Stone sent her a lovely, supportive email which was quickly followed up by a text from Jennifer Lawrence. The rest of the group chat snowballed from there.
Larson said,
That [group of friends] saved my life. I was able to talk with them about everything that was going on in my life, and it was with people who had been through it before and are also hilarious. That support and acceptance was everything. I was home-schooled, so I didn't have friends that had the same interests as me, and I found it to be absolutely incredible.
Be still, our jealous hearts.
Of course, it's no surprise Lena Dunham of "GIRLS" fame surrounds herself with a supportive, talented network of women, with writing an entire show about female relationships and all.
Plus, the world has been hip to the friendship between J Law and Amy Schumer for some time, following their swoon-worthy girl trips and epic hangouts.
Like that one time they danced on Billy Joel's piano, for example.
Safe to say, my friends and I DO love a good time, but it looks a lot less like winning Oscars together and a lot more like ordering Domino's together.
Hey, those of us who eat cheese together stay together... or something.
