I'm a full-on Harry Styles fan now, guys. His new album has converted me. "Kiwi" is what sealed this fate.

I'm all-in now, which means I'm all-in on the conspiracy theories as to what each and every song on the "Harry Styles" album is about.

First, we dissected "Two Ghosts." Then, it was "Kiwi." So now, it's time for "Carolina."

Let's begin.

"Carolina" is the third song on the album that just dropped today. Fans are pretty certain they know exactly who the song is about.

In an interview with BBCR1 this morning, Harry himself even said that it's about a person from Carolina.

Here are some of the lyrics:

She's got a family in Carolina So far away, but she says I remind her of home Feeling oh so far from home She never saw herself as a west coaster Moved all the way cause her grandma told her 'Townes, better swim before you drown' She's a good girl She's such a good girl Yeah, she's a good girl She feels so good

So yeah, based on those lyrics, it seems pretty safe to assume that this song is about a girl named Townes from Carolina.

Fans freaked out because of that, seeing as there is evidence that this girl actually exists.

These lyrics from later in the song also have fans convinced that "Carolina" is about Townes, a fan he met only once, apparently.

I met her once and wrote a song about her I wanna scream, yeah I wanna shout it out And I hope she hears me now

Harry also says in the interview with BBCR1 that this girl's dad is the one who figured out the song was about her.

Harry performed the song on the "Today" show earlier this week, and the dad apparently was watching and told his daughter all about it.

Some fans, on the other hand, aren't buying the idea that this song is about a person. They think it's about cocaine.

These lyrics are what make them think so:

She's got a book for every situation Gets into parties without invitations How could you ever turn her down? There's not a drink that I think could sink her How would I tell her that she's all I think about? Well, I guess she just found out She's a good girl She's such a good girl Yeah, she's a good girl She feels so good She feels so good

Their argument is that "girl" is a nickname for cocaine, and cocaine obviously gets into a lot of parties.

Honestly, this theory holds up, in my opinion.

But it could also be about that girl Townes from Carolina. The world may never know.

But what we DO know for sure is that literally NONE OF THESE SONGS ARE ABOUT TAYLOR SWIFT.

LET IT GO, SWIFTIES. TAYLOR IS IRRELEVANT.
