John Cena and Nikki Bella are a sports power couple, and they finally got engaged inside the wresting ring on Sunday night, April 2.

The badass wrestling duo had just finished defeating the Miz and his wife, Maryse, at WrestleMania 33 when Cena got down on one knee for an emotion-packed proposal on live TV.

After the match, Cena unexpectedly kneeled down in front of Nikki with a ring box in his hand, and the crowd roared.

Then, he whipped out the diamond ring --  and, damn, was it pretty.

With a microphone in one hand and the ring box in the other, Cena said,

I have been waiting so long to ask you this. Stephanie Nicole Garcia-Colace, will you marry me?

Of course, she said yes, and the duo went in for a passionate kiss as the crowd cheered them on.

Based on their extreme post-proposal PDA, it's safe to say they're pretty excited to get married.

Congratulations, you two!

Talk about a power couple, right?

John Cena and Nikki Bella have been dating for almost five years, and John's decision to give his GF the ring inside the wrestling ring was genius.

It's safe to say they won't be forgetting WrestleMania 33 anytime soon.

This proposal wasn't Cena's first, though.

The 39-year-old wrestler was married to Elizabeth Huberdeau from 2009 to 2012, and had reportedly been skeptical about getting married again.

Thank goodness he changed his mind because the marriage between him and Nikki Bella is almost too good to be true.

Lately, planning the perfect proposal has been all the rage and couples have been exploring unique ways to pop the question.

Cena's proposal inside the ring made for a perfect onscreen display of love, and we couldn't be happier for them.

Now, we'll be expecting a wrestling-themed wedding, guys.
