Kim Kardashian Held A Small First Birthday Party For Saint After Kanye's Return

Saint West rang in his first birthday a few days early on Wednesday night.

Kim Kardashian threw the bash for Saint, who turns 1 on December 5, shortly after her husband Kanye West was released from the hospital.

West was hospitalized for a week at the UCLA Medical Center for exhaustion and sleep deprivation.

Also in attendance were Kim's sisters Kourtney, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.

Kim Kardashian was in New York City to honor her late father Robert Kardashian and rushed back to LA to be by Kanye West's side during his hospitalization while he recovered from his mental and physical exhaustion.

A source told People that Kim Kardashian was spending hours with Kanye every day and would continue to support her "best friend and soulmate."

The source added,

There are frustrations and problems, like any relationship but they love each other deeply.

A source suggested that Kim was worried about Kanye being around the children. The source said,

The kids have not visited. Kim has been there. She is very worried about the kids being around Kanye.

Another source said,

The only person Kanye trusts is Kim. Kim does spend hours with Kanye every day. She says that Kanye is on many different medications and that his doctors are figuring out proper doses. Kim says that not much has changed since he was admitted and that his doctors seem concerned.

The Kardashian-West family has had a lot of ups and downs the past few months.

In October, Kim Kardashian was held by gunpoint and robbed in Paris. She is still avoiding the public eye and has not fully returned to social media following the incident.
