It's Official: The Royal Baby Is Named Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana

Kate Middleton and Prince William had their second child over the weekend. It's a baby girl, and we now know her name.

The baby's official name is Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana. That's a mouthful, but it's fitting for someone who is fourth in line to inherit the throne.

The little princess was born at 8:34 am on Saturday morning and weighed in at 8 pounds, 3 ounces. She seems like a royal bundle of joy.

Middleton was able to leave the hospital later in the afternoon after giving birth. And now, Prince George has a little sister with whom he can play.
