Dua Lipa is bringing a few friends on the road with her to slay the stage. Up first, there’s Megan Thee Stallion. She’ll join Lipa for a series of shows starting in March. The Houston rapper recently released a new single, “Flamin’ Hottie.”
According to Consequence, Lipa played all her top hits at the first show in Miami, including "Levitating," "New Rules," and "Don't Start Now.”
Still, Lipa is largely highlighting recent songs. She recently told Stephen Colbert she did audience research ahead of the tour. "The Future Nostalgia tour really is the Future Nostalgia tour because it’s predominately the songs from that album,” she said.
Lipa’s fashion is larger than life on this tour. She’s taken the stage in Miami in a neon green bodysuit, which she later posted on Instagram. Another notable ensemble included a black glittering bodysuit designed by Mugler.
Lipa’s Future Nostalgia show merch includes totes, tees, hoodies, socks, candles, and so much more. They range in price anywhere from $15 to $175.
Lipa, the musician? Meet Lipa, the editor. The multi-hyphenate launched a free weekly email newsletter earlier this month called Service95. It includes her musings on cultural topics and city travel guides, as well as essays by commissioned writers.
Tickets for Lipa’s upcoming shows are available on her website, and they’re the key to a future event you’ll one day be nostalgia about.
