A First Look At New 'Fantastic Beasts' Book Has Arrived, And It's So Magical
Hey, what's up, hello. Your friendly Hufflepuff friend is here to tell you that our dorms are next to the kitchen, should you ever want a snack, and guess what...
JK Rowling just shared the first picture of the first copy of the "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" screenplay book!
I didn't think it was possible for a book to look so magical in the Muggle world, but I've been wrong before (often). Check it out.
It's just so pretty. I'm going to go ahead and call this the ninth "Harry Potter" book because I can and no one can stop me, or my joy.
Just look at that cover. It already has three-headed snakes, fancy fish and a Niffler.
"Small and cute... quite destructive in its pursuit of sparkly things."
Dang, who said they could base a Niffler after me? Gimme your jewels!
I'm so happy that the world of "Harry Potter" is continuing to grow through "Fantastic Beasts," so much so that I'm stupidly pumped for the upcoming FIVE movies.
Rowling said,
We always knew it would be more than one movie. We set a trilogy as a kind of placeholder. I've now done the plotting properly, so we're pretty sure it's going to be five movies.
This got me feeling a little like...
"Fantastic Beasts" is set to hit theaters on November 18, and the screenplay will be sold as a published book after that on November 19.
You can preorder the book here.
Meanwhile, I will sit here patiently as I ponder all of the fantastic beasts I'm going to meet and become best friends with.
I don't even care... I want to be the 5'2" version of Hagrid when I grow up.
Yes, I will take care of those cute monster who want to eat humans, and yes, I will grow the beard.
