The 'Friends' Reunion Will Be One Roommate Short And We're Pissed About It

E! News confirms one famous roomie will be missing from the highly-anticipated "Friends" reunion scheduled to go down Sunday, February 21 on NBC.

Looks like Chandler, aka Matthew Perry, will be skipping out on the big event while the rest of the original cast -- Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer and Matt LeBlanc -- will all be there and probably have the time of their lives.

Perry has a pretty good reason for ditching, though, with plans to rehearse for his latest play, "The End of Longing," which previews February 2 in London.

E! News says there could still be a chance of him having a presence in the form of a pre-taped message. Although, it'll have to be a freaking amazing tape if he plans on winning back the forgiveness of diehard "Friends" fans.

NBC originally broke the news of hosting a reunion Wednesday to the delight of 90's enthusiasts everywhere. The special will be televised in honor of James Burrows, the director of 15 episodes of "Friends" and 1,000 episodes of TV.
