'Game Of Thrones' Fans Really Want 'Walking Dead' Fans To Suck It Up
What's wrong, "The Walking Dead" fans?
Did you witness a little violence in the season seven premiere last night? Did your favorite character get beaten death? Were you totally caught off guard?
Gee, that sure does sound really tough you guys. Listen, whatever you need, the rest of us are to provide comfort and support.
SIKE! SUCK IT UP, LOSERS!
This is what every "Game of Thrones" fan has to say to their "Walking Dead" brethren and sistren today.
Yes, last night on the season premiere of "The Walking Dead," Glenn died. Yes, he was a very popular character No, he's not coming back.
(And yes, Abraham also died, making it a double whammy. But don't lie, you didn't really care about him.)
Look, guys, sorry, but this is just the way TV works now; censorship laws decided sex is more dangerous for children to see than decapitations.
These writers don't give a flying fuck how great a character is, as long as you idiots promise to tweet about it when said character is brutally murdered.
So take note from the "Game of Thrones" fans, and get freakin' used to it! If you lived through the Red Wedding, you probably should have seen this coming.
And don't worry, the "Game of Thrones" fandom is more than happy to share their advice and/or condescension to help get through this difficult time.
Two characters died? TRY AN ENTIRE FAMILY OF CHARACTERS, YOU JAGS.
You guys keep trying but, no, not quite.
Just a suggestion: Maybe don't want to start watching "Game of Thrones" anytime soon.
Though if you did, you might have some thicker skin.
If you had watched even one season of "Game of Thrones," you would've at least be sort of prepared for last night...
...or maybe you would just feel even more emotionally drained.
The "GoT" fans can empathize, but they also aren't going to sugarcoat it.
So buckle in for a long season of main characters dying for shock value!
Best wishes,
The "Game of Thrones" fans.
