Luckily, Sports Illustrated model Gigi Hadid, 21, basically confirmed days after news broke of her split from totally legitimate solo artist Zayn Malik, 23, the pair were still together.

Though this all occurred over the span of less than a week, the duo was still rumored to have taken a brief hiatus from gazing into each other's bewitching eyeballs over bottles of wine they don't sell in any neighborhood I've ever called home.

A source told Us Weekly,

They broke up and got back together almost right away… Right now it's back on, but it could be off again in an hour… They are young and keep going back and forth… Things are testy between them.

A second source told the magazine Zayn's reserved personality didn't mesh with Gigi's outgoing demeanor.

The insider reportedly said,

He wants to stay home and hang out, but she loves the limelight… She loves attention and he hates it. An introvert and an extrovert; we all saw it coming.

Surely these two beautiful, rich, famous, young red carpet pros can find some common ground to share and stay in love forever.
